The AI that fixes production

We want software to improve itself. Sonarly connects to your monitoring stack - tools like Sentry, Datadog, and Grafana - and triages every alert to remove noise and duplicates. It then investigates logs, traces, metrics, and code to build a living map of your production system and find root cause. The result is either a ready-to-merge fix PR or a recommendation to update your alerting rules so the noise never comes back.

Market Opportunity
AIOps and observability market is large ($5B+ and growing), with clear ICP: engineering teams using Sentry/Datadog/PagerDuty. B2B SaaS with per-alert/project pricing is a proven monetization model. The pain point — alert fatigue and slow incident resolution — is well-documented and widely felt across companies of all sizes.
Medium Signal
Founder Signal
Both founders are ~19-20 years old with thin professional experience but show genuine hustle signals. Alexandre has been freelancing since age 16 (ML/full-stack on ComeUp, 2020-2024), giving him ~4 years of hands-on technical work before Sonarly. Dimittri led Meoria as CEO to 100k+ users in ~6 months — real consumer traction that's meaningful. Neither has enterprise B2B experience or deep observability/SRE backgrounds, which is a gap for selling to engineering teams.
Low Signal
Competition
This space has serious competition: Cortex, FireHydrant, Rootly, and PagerDuty's own AI features all address incident management. Newer AI-native competitors like Blameless and automated code-fix agents (Codegen, Devin, GitHub Copilot Autofix) are directly adjacent. OpenAI and Anthropic could embed this into coding tools. Sonarly's differentiator (full-context production map + auto-fix PR) is compelling but not yet a defensible moat.
Medium Signal
Product
Live product with pricing page ($0/free, $150/month startup, custom enterprise), 14-day free trial, and API docs visible. Integrates with Sentry, Datadog, PagerDuty, GitHub, Slack — real integrations, not vaporware. However, no named customer logos, no revenue metrics, and no testimonials; traction is unverified beyond the product existing.
OverallB Tier

Sonarly has a real product, clear market pain, and two scrappy young founders who demonstrated consumer traction with Meoria (100k users). Alexandre's 4+ years of freelance ML/full-stack work is the technical backbone. The core risk is the competitive landscape — AIOps is crowded with well-funded incumbents and AI-native startups, and two ~19-year-old founders with no enterprise sales experience selling to engineering teams is a cold start problem. The product is coherent and the pricing is live, but there's no evidence of paying customers yet. Needs to show enterprise logos or ARR quickly to prove they can cross the consumer-to-B2B chasm.

Two years ago, I moved from a random village in France to Paris to study CS. I started building my first startup with Alex and we scaled it to 100k+ users in 6 months. It's funny because it was the Duolingo for finding schools and it made us drop out. Now we're building Sonarly (YC W26), giving coding agents the context they need to fix production bugs automatically.

I started freelancing at 16 doing web scraping, then quickly became a full-stack developer and later an AI engineer training ML and deep learning models. I dropped out of computer science school to co-found Meoria, a career-guidance app that helped over 100,000 French students navigate Parcoursup but the market moved too slow for our ambition. Now I’m building Sonarly: the platform that instantly detects and fixes production bugs before your users ever notice them.
