AI Agents for the supply chain.

Supply chains still run on spreadsheets and inboxes because ERPs are rigid and the data is messy. We're solving this problem by building an ontology where agents can operate and provide outcomes for our customers. We start with procurement, by automating three-way match: extracting supplier invoices from email and matching them to the correct PO and receipt across ERPs. Learn more at pollinate.tech

Verdict

High Signal
Market Opportunity
Supply chain software is a massive B2B market — procurement automation, ERP integration, and invoice matching collectively represent billions in TAM. ICP appears to be mid-market manufacturing/procurement teams drowning in spreadsheets and email. Clear monetization path via SaaS per-seat or transaction-based pricing on invoice matching workflows.
Low Signal
Founder Signal
Both founders are Australian university dropouts with minimal professional experience. Corey (CTO) dropped out of an aerospace/physics degree at UQ in early 2025, ran an electrical business and software agency prior. Adeep dropped out of a chemistry degree at UQ, ran a marketing/events agency (Access Brisbane) and a brief 5-month stint as founding engineer at Transfoorm working on BHP internal tooling. Neither has deep supply chain, enterprise software, or ERP experience. They co-founded a nightlife app (Hotspot) straight out of high school. Impressive hustle for their age but very thin relevant domain expertise.
Low Signal
Competition
No competitor data was found in research, but the space is crowded: Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba dominate enterprise procurement; Zip and Procurify target mid-market; Stampli and Tipalti own invoice matching. Numerous AI-native supply chain startups (e.g., Altana, Pactum, Keelvar) are well-funded. Pollinate's 'ontology for agents' angle is differentiated in framing but unproven vs. entrenched players with deep ERP integrations.
Medium Signal
Product
Website shows a live product UI with inventory management, SAP/Infor/ERP integrations visible in the screenshot, and specific feature descriptions (3-way invoice match, ECO propagation, BOM tracking). However, no named customer logos, revenue figures, or usage metrics are present — just 'We're live now!' and demo CTAs.
OverallC Tier

Pollinate is two young Australian dropouts with hustle but very limited domain credibility attacking one of the most entrenched enterprise software markets in existence. The product appears real and live with ERP integration UI visible, which is a genuine positive for this stage. However, no customer traction, revenue, or named logos are present, and the founders' backgrounds (events agency, marketing, a 5-month engineering role) give little confidence they can navigate complex enterprise sales cycles or outmaneuver SAP Ariba and Coupa. The market is real and large, but competition is brutal and switching costs in ERP-adjacent tools are high. Needs to show paying referenceable customers fast to de-risk the team concern.

Was shipped to coding camps at 12 years old. I ran both an electrical business and a software/ marketing agency to five figures a month. Dropped out of a physics degree, to build the tech backbone of the supply chain.

I’ve built and scaled an agency to 5 figures, whilst driving community events with partnerships involving A-list artists generating 1M+ impressions. I’ve also worked in the crypto and NFT space, operating projects with ~800 ETH in lifetime volume.
