LegalOS
The AI-powered law firm for complex work visas
Verdict
LegalOS is one of the stronger immigration-tech plays in this batch. Matthew has directly relevant prior-company experience (Legal Bullet, 4.5 years, Forbes 30U30), not just domain knowledge — he's already built and operated this exact product category. Claire provides credible technical depth with LLM and document-classification experience at TikTok and Notarize. The 12,000-petition training dataset and 40+ years of family law firm expertise are real differentiators that are hard to replicate quickly. The weakness is traction is still early ('dozens' of filings is thin) and the disclaimer that LegalOS Inc. is 'not a law firm' creates regulatory risk that needs careful navigation as they scale. If they can get to 500+ filings with a maintained approval rate and start signing B2B employer contracts, this becomes a serious company.
